Robert Half Sr. FP&A Analyst in Seguin, Texas

Description We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst based in SEGUIN, Texas. This role is crucial for our team as it involves leading financial planning and analysis, developing complex financial models, preparing and presenting financial reports, and collaborating with department heads for informed decision-making. The successful candidate will be part of an industry-leading team, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning

• Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario analysis, and business decision-making

• Prepare and present financial reports and variance analyses to senior management

• Collaborate with department heads and operational teams to understand business drivers and challenges

• Conduct thorough analysis of trends, performance metrics, and profitability

• Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, incorporating risk factors into financial forecasts

• Continuously improve financial planning & analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Provide financial support and guidance to facilitate informed decision-making

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, CRM, and Data Mining Techniques to track and analyze financial data. Requirements • Proficient in CapEx and CRM systems

• Demonstrated experience with Data Mining Techniques

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Proficiency in ERP Solutions and About Time software

• Thorough understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Budget Processes

• Proficiency in Expense Reporting

• Strong Finance skills

• Prior experience in a similar role as a Sr. Financial Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
