Your day at NTT DATA

The Associate HR Business Partner collaborate with HR management in the application of corporate policies related to HR, organizational and employee advancement.

The role is responsible for daily activities relatated to talent acquisition, on-boarding, learning, employee experience, providing HR consultation assistance to different business areas.

What you'll be doing

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of strategies relating to the recruitment, development, engagement, and general HR support of employees.

  • Support teams and peers to align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

  • Ensure that all employees are mapped to the correct Job Framework and drive effective employee metrics.

  • Assist in the deployment, management, and measurement of learning and development programs.

  • Support the compilation of talent pipelines and support any other initiatives required to effectively recruit for the area of responsibility.

  • Drive the entire onboarding process and assure a high employee experience

  • Create regular reports to analyse data and monitor the relevant HR metrics

Knowledge, skills, attitude:

  • Knowledge and understanding of main HR processes

  • Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Ability to manage assigned work processes

  • Good intrenal client engagement and relationship building skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needsInterest in ICT market and technology trends

  • Good english knowledge (spoken and witten)

  • Eager to learn

  • Inspired in leading change management and find new solutions and approches

  • Advanced Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or equivalent degree

Experience required:

  • Minimun 0,5/1 year of experience in HR department expecially in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Learning activities

  • Experience in working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and HR technologies (e.g. Workday)

  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
