POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides effective care, safety, and support to the assigned affordable housing property and residents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates efforts with the Service Excellence Department to establish a clean, safe, and well-maintained apartment complex.
  • Maintains effective landlord-tenant relationships with tenants of the site.
  • Strong service orientation in providing excellent customer service to tenants.
  • Ensures compliance with monthly emergency drills and handles emergency situations occurring other than during assigned hours.
  • Accepts and carries out special assignments or duties when requested.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Travel by personal vehicle as needed.
  • Prolonged periods of working at a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 10 pounds at times and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

QUALIFICATIONS:

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 1+ year of experiences as a property manager

SHIFT:PTI (15 hrs./week) Monday-Friday TBD

  • Free Rent/Utilities in lieu of wages
  • $12.00/hr. If more than 15 hrs. worked a week
