The Childrens Place Digital Marketing Coordinator in Secaucus, New Jersey

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the execution and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across various advertising platforms. The primary focus will be to leverage paid channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales. This role requires an understanding of paid advertising strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing. This position will work closely with cross-functional partners and agency in day-to-day execution across all The Children’s Place brands.

Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy, optimized for each platform and audience segment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

  • Manage content calendars and scheduling to maintain a consistent online presence.

  • Paid Social Media Management:

  • Monitor, engage, and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.

  • Create and implement social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand affinity.

  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize performance and identify trends.

  • Support the Digital Marketing Director in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns, including Paid Social, display advertising, and retargeting.

  • Monitor ad performance and budget allocation to optimize ROI and drive conversion.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

  • Assist conducting A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

  • Prepare reports on key findings, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and proactively identify new opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing

  • Retail or agency experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally internally and manage relationships with external partners.
