As part of our global team of Agreement Experts - in professional services, customer success management, learning and enablement, and customer support - you'll bring your knowledge, insights, and proven expertise to help our customers achieve more than they ever thought possible.This position The Vice President of Professional Services, North America is responsible for managing sales and delivery of implementation services and oversees all engagement management, project management office, customer success architect, solution architect and product consultant resources within the organization. The position will manage the engagement management and implementation services teams and collaborate with Customer Success Management, DocuSign University and Success at Scale teams within Customer Success Americas as well as globally. This is to ensure that customer expectations are well established, professional services engagements are well defined, implementation activities and resources are highly organized and the overall end-to-end implementation process is efficiently executed to drive successful go-lives, solution adoption and value realization for DocuSign's customers.The overall charter for the Vice President of Professional Services, North America also consists of building and maintaining a scalable organizational structure, managing and growing a high-performing implementation team, driving a highly efficient and consistent implementation methodology as well as continuous improvement of Professional Services operational systems and processes.This position is a people manager reporting to the Group Vice President, Customer Success Americas within Worldwide Field Operations and is designated Flex.ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end implementation process to ensure successful on-time and on-budget project go-lives for DocuSign's customersRefine, streamline and standardize the implementation approach and methodology as well as related assets and toolsHire as well as grow engagement management, project management, solution architect and consulting resources across the Professional Services team to provide a full-service implementation capability to DocuSign's customersManage day-to-day execution of services operations consisting of time and expense review, project staffing and resource management, utilization reporting and optimization, backlog and pipeline management, revenue reporting and forecastingReview and app
