We are currently seeking a Territory Specialist, Racquet Sports in the Pacific Northwest region. As part of our sales team, you will create impactful sales and growth within the territory, as well as help to execute key activities in specialty and key account retail stores.
As a territory specialist, you will:
Lead the overall field support efforts for Wilson Racquet Sports within the territory through grassroots and promotional activities.
Service selected accounts with sell in, sell-through and maintenance responsibilities.
Achieve sales and profitability targets with selected accounts.
Deliver passionate presentations that elevate staff engagement while creating loyal in-store advocates.
Implement product launches and promote sales contests.
Execute in-store displays, materials, and updates as well as merchandising all products for world class visual appeal.
Provide direct support to the Territory Manager(s) in your area and keeps Regional Manager(s) informed of trade-related information on an ongoing basis.
Field account and store customer phone calls throughout the day, taking care of orders, issues, and questions quickly and accurately.
Collaborate with other Wilson departments, including marketing, commercial, and e-commerce.
Identify local key influencers and top junior player to represent Wilson.
Manage WAS/USPTA ambassadors.
This role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field plus 1-3 years of previous experience working in tennis specialty stores. Other qualifications include:
Demonstrated ability to sell, influence and negotiate
Must be an avid tennis player
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and computer skills
Ability to set high standards and ambitious targets and be able to deliver results
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to travel up to 75%
