Job Title: Telecommunications Design Engineer

Job Description

A growing multi-disciplinary design-build company is seeking telecom designers for numerous upcoming projects in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience within telecom design with experience using Revit. This is a great opportunity for an entry to mid-level designer to grow into a Project Manager role within 2 years at a company that highly values its employee growth, career goals, and the relationships they build with clients & colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using Revit

Telecom Experience

• High Density Storage Area Network Applications

• High Bandwidth Structured Cabling Systems Architecture

• Redundant & Scalable WAN/LAN Network Architectures

• Right-of-Way & Easement Coordination

• Wireless LAN Design & Simulation

• Service Entrance Facilities & Redundant Pathways

• Multi-faceted Broadband & Satellite Distribution Infrastructure

• Outside Plant Underground Pathway Infrastructures & Systems

• WAN/LAN for Voice, Data & Video

• Building Automated Systems Infrastructure/Connectivity (HVAC, Energy & Lighting Controls Systems)

• Analog & IP-based Infrastructure

• Surveillance Video, Access Controls & Intrusion Systems

• Intercom/Clock Systems

• Audio-Visual Systems

Work Site

This is an onsite position everyday in downtown Seattle, Washington.
