ManpowerGroup Technical Program Product Manager III in Seattle, Washington

Our client, a leader in technology innovation, is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager III to join their Direct Tax Technology team. As a Technical Program Product Manager III, you will be part of the team supporting the development and launch of technology solutions that optimize customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage mid-project transitions effectively, and a strong capability in creating strategic roadmaps for operational testing.

Job Title: Technical Program Product Manager III

Location: Seattle, Washington – Onsite

Pay Range: $74/hour on W2

What’s the Job?

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for direct tax technology solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories.

  • Work effectively with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other teams to achieve product goals.

  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Define and monitor key metrics to measure product performance and conduct data-driven analysis for continuous improvement.

What’s Needed?

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or technical product management roles.

  • Strong technical background in software development, preferably in direct tax technology or related fields.

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.

  • Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms; MBA or advanced degree in a technical field preferred.
