ManpowerGroup Technical Program Product Manager II in Seattle, Washington

Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II to join their team. This team creates Tools for all of the legal departments across the Organization. You will be responsible for developing and managing projects that affect new consumer-facing payments products. The projects require timely execution with the highest degrees of security, performance, availability, and reliability. You will act as a bridge between External Payment Services and all internal customers that rely on our infrastructure.

Job Title: Technical Program Product Manager II

Location: Onsite - Seattle, WA - 3 days/wk

Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Creating training content videos

  • 8-10 Tools will be utilized

  • The TPM will provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

  • Responsible for developing and managing projects that affect new consumer-facing payments products.

  • Act as a bridge between External Payment Services and all internal customers

Required :

  • 3-5 years industry experience as a Program Manager with some technical know-how.

  • A record of successful delivery of software products from conception through business

  • case and customer deployment

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills

  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Needs Basic SQL to pull their own data
