Job Title Strategic Transaction Partner Job Description Summary SUMMARY This position will be dedicated to one of C&W's most dynamic, industry-disrupting technology clients. In this role, the Strategic Transaction Partner with help manage the real estate site selection that advances the client's business strategy. This strategy-minded professional will play a critical role in helping our client advance time-sensitive projects through cross-functional deal review and business approvals. Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Corresponds and negotiates agreements in partnership with field brokerage professionals. Identify and manage relationships with vendors, landlords, developers, and opportunistic strategic partners. Manage client-facing Requests for Proposals to ensure the best possible terms and conditions for the client. Manage and negotiate advanced transactions including market optimization activities, site identification and selection. Solid familiarity with, and understanding of, lease language and terms, and ability to oversee complex lease negotiations tailored to client's priorities. Support the client's operational priorities and real estate strategy through cross-functional partnership, data gathering, and development of business case presentations. Help our client's internal stakeholders integrate CRE acumen into their processes and procedures and support 'upward intelligence' across the CRE organization. Support client's internal deal review and approval protocols; this includes data gathering, financial analysis, synthesizing inputs from multiple parties, and developing a storyline and deliverables that result in stakeholder consensus and approval. Carefully document potential cost implications, risk and timeline impacts for key strategic initiatives. Support client's internal capital and budget planning processes, as required. Rationalize our client's forward-looking pipeline with asset-level Plan of Record documentation. Coordinate with account team and client stakeholders to ensure tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverables. Provide cross-functional partnership with transactional teams and client stakeholders. Perform industry research and analysis, helping to benchmark client activities to industry best practice. Demonstrated leadership, self-management, and problem resolution skills. Ability to manage, review, and analyze a large volume of transactions simultaneously. Proven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer service. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. Support ad-hoc strategic projects as client needs arise. Other duties may be assigned. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree required in related field. Minimum 5+ years of related experience. Real Estate license preferred, but not required.
