You will be responsible for the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome. Senior Project Manager Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and/or coordinate Company personnel and resources

  • Assist with preconstruction efforts

  • Develop skills and mentor project management employees

  • Prepare and execute Project Executive Plan

  • Enhance and maintain relationships with clients, designers, consultants and internal Skanska clients

Senior Project Manager Key Attributes:

  • 10 years of industry experience

  • Experience on high-rise projects

  • Ability to develop or maintain relationships with clients

  • Broad understanding of the industry

  • Exhibits strong leadership qualities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
