Amazon Corporate LLC Sr. Program Manager in Seattle, Washington
The Onboarding team is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to help drive program strategy in support of our rapidly growing customer base and to lead "rhythm of the business" activities for the org. The successful candidate will design and deliver large, cross-team projects in a dynamic, high-growth space. You will become an expert in onboarding new hires and have the opportunity to positively impact and grow multiple nascent and quickly evolving programs. As a trusted senior leader and member of the Onboarding leadership team, you will be given some of the most difficult problems to solve, and be asked to come up with project plans through which you will partner across multiple organizations within and outside People eXperience and Technology (PXT) to deliver results.You will work closely with the global Onboarding org leader to drive planning and crystallization of org goals, including their regular monitoring and status reporting. You will drive annual exercises like OP1 and OP2, 3-year plans, PR/FAQs, headcount projections, budgets, etc., for the teams, and plan, coordinate, and facilitate regular meetings like monthly review meetings, extended staff meetings, All Hands, etc. You will also work closely with the Onboarding leadership team in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and org talent reviews. Lastly, you will collaborate with subject matter experts across other PXT teams (i.e., People Engine, Recruiting Engine, GTM, GDEI, etc.) on key investment areas for the global org and the business teams they support. No idea is too big for you to consider, and no task is too small for you to deliver on.* Excellent writing skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels, including senior leadership* Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements* Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization* Strong program management and analytical skills; comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and have the ability to effectively influence and communicate with global stakeholders* Proven ability to think and move quickly and manage difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines* Experience in business strategy, organizational change management, and rolling-out large scale initiatives* Experience executing both strategic and operational initiatives* Ability to lead and work effectively with cross-functional groups* Extensive knowledge of ExcelAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
