Description
Amazon Health Services mission is to make it dramatically easier for customers to access the healthcare products and services they need to get and stay healthy. Towards this mission, we (AHS marketing tech Tech) are building the technology, products and services, that help customers find, buy, and engage with the healthcare solutions they need.
In this role, you will drive the long-term vision for Amazon Health and will partner closely with design, marketing, engineering, analytics, and other product leaders to make both incremental progress and innovative shifts in customer experience. You must be able to influence across teams, be a strong written and verbal communicator and analytic thinker, and have a history of delivering results.

Key job responsibilities
You will:
Lead the definition, development, and implementation of creative, high-quality product roadmaps based on product strategy and vision
Assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of our products
Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, scope, and time to market
Work closely with frontend/backend engineering teams, design, and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver products to market
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet business, financial, and technical goals
Manage product planning and development through day to day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including engineers, designers and business or subject matter representatives
Develop detailed, crisp user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs/experience and business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture
Work with UX Research to design usability and research studies to inform product requirements and influence product design and experience
Define and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark product success
Drive product launches including working with public relations/marketing team, legal teams , customers, executives, and other team members
Play active role in optimization and process improvements between product, design, and engineering teams

About the team
The Growth and Marketing Engineering (GAME) team sits within the larger Amazon Health Services organization within Health Performance Marketing with the goal of providing marketing solutions for health teams, so that they may grow and engage with their customer base. We look to balance between 1) delivering incremental capabilities for existing channels to accelerate growth in the near-term and 2) building out multi-tenant services and foundational building blocks necessary to help Amazon Health businesses effectively use marketing and advertising technology to scale for long-term traffic and growth.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
