The Financial Analyst will serve as a key member of the team through support of financial reporting, budgeting, and monthly forecast process. This individual will provide financial oversight, analyze and interpret data and support decision making. This role will also communicate business unit results to senior leadership for cost management. Responsibilities: Lead monthly forecast and annual budget process for Product and Engineering organization Streamline month-end close process to align actual results with forecasting and budgeting while maintaining a high level of accuracy Participate in a month-end close process for accruals and capitalization Provide a travel expense analysis for each business unit Assist business leaders in analyzing and reporting financial and operational results to evaluate business objectives, identify growth trends and cost savings Support and lead special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed Requirements: 4+ years of direct experience with financial planning and analysis; Accounting background a plus Strong project management skills with ability to build cross-functional relationships across multiple geographies Ability to effectively balance multiple contending priorities and deadlines Passion for data accuracy and data validation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong presentation skills Ability to drive structure in ambiguity Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Experience with Cognos a plus Base Range: $85,400 - $110,600 + Bonus Eligible For business reasons, Promethean does not employ individuals who work remotely in San Francisco, San Jose or Oakland.
