Our products have been key in helping fight Malaria, Ebola, and most recently COVID19, by providing data insights to medical professionals into where these diseases are spreading.What you'll be doing:As the Sr. Embedded/OEM Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for helping to drive sales of Tableau products within the West territory while teaming with the direct sales organization to exceed sales objectives. You will partner with the direct sales team in all aspects of the sales process including lead management, qualification, evaluation, close and account care. This role is a quota-carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall direct and embedded sales team.Some of the things you'll be doing alongside the direct sales teams include ...Define and execute territory / account sales plans for geographic/industry territory and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunitiesDevelop and manage sales pipeline, prospect, and assess sales and move many transactions simultaneously through the sales pipelineManage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM systemCoordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineeringProvide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customersNurture and expand the company's relationship with customer accounts of all sizesProvide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM systemKeep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and productsPractice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and support staffParticipate in team building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care.Enablement of new direct sales members on the best practices for selling the embedded businessTravel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.Who you are:Experienced.10+ years of enterprise software sales experience and selling to the OEM/ISV segment within the BI industry. You've worked with complex sales to Fortune 500 companies and have seven-figure deal experience.Domain.Experience with OEM and Embedded business partnerships, analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred.Bachelor's Degree with a technical or business focus preferred.Performer.Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.Amazing Salesperson.You have a desire, even an obsession, to bring new customers into the Tableau franchise and maximize revenue.
