Responsibilities In this position, you will: -Be responsible for supporting Seattle Children's Resource Center within People & Culture with a high level of customer service. -Support Seattle Children's leaders, current and former employees, as a single point of entry of all HR related information. -Handle inbound calls, emails, tickets ensuring prompt, accurate and timely service to all. -Provide customer service and guidance to all People & Culture Team members to develop and implement daily improvement initiatives and strategies to better serve our work force. -Report on daily activities in order to assist team leads in planning and effectively scheduling staff to meet anticipated workloads. Requirements Required Education/Experience: AA Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of two (2) years Customer Service experience, including at least one (1) years experience call center, administrative support, or work in human resources. Required Credentials: None.
