Responsibilities In this position, you will: -Be responsible for supporting Seattle Children's Resource Center within People & Culture with a high level of customer service. -Support Seattle Children's leaders, current and former employees, as a single point of entry of all HR related information. -Handle inbound calls, emails, tickets ensuring prompt, accurate and timely service to all. -Provide customer service and guidance to all People & Culture Team members to develop and implement daily improvement initiatives and strategies to better serve our work force. -Report on daily activities in order to assist team leads in planning and effectively scheduling staff to meet anticipated workloads. Job Posting Addendum Seeking a dedicated individual to support the Workday Transformation in the role of Employee Resource Center Specialist. Requirements Required Education/Experience: AA Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of two (2) years Customer Service experience, including at least one (1) years experience call center, administrative support, or work in human resources. Required Credentials: None. Preferred: Customer Service, Human Resources, Administrative Support, or equivalent. Min to Max Hourly Salary$27.61 - $41.42 /hrMin to Max Annual Salary$57,428.80 - $86,153.60 /yrSalary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided. The union pay ranges can be found on the Seattle Children's website here: - Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
