Responsible for developing high-quality training content in the following formats: eLearning, videos, instructor led content, virtual classroom design, tool kits, study guides, and performance support.2. Design, develop and implement creative, learner centered, performance based training materials in multiple modalities including classroom, interactive eLearning modules, videos, job aids, facilitator and participant guides, storyboards, assessments.3. Effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives from analysis to evaluation.4. Partner with program managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs against required training timelines.5. Conduct stakeholder and SME interviews to determine, recommend and document project instructional standards, learner engagement strategies and evaluation plan.6. Design and develop course content including but not limited to measurable learning objectives, scenarios, simulations, audio scripts, progress checks, performance evaluations, reference glossaries, and knowledge assessments.7. Evaluate, measure and track the effectiveness of training activities in relation to business goals.8. Ensure effective administration of Learning Technologies via the LMS, including posting and testing of content in the system.9. Collaborate with key project stakeholders to analyze learning needs, recommend learning solutions or instructor-led delivery as appropriate and implement program rollout.10. Investigate and take action to meet customers’ current and future needs.11. Domestic travel required 10% of the time.12. Telecommuting benefits available.Education, Experience and Skills Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Learning Technologies, Curriculum and Instruction, Education, or related discipline. Alternatively, employer will accept 2 years of experience in a similar instructional design role.Experience must include:1. Designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including ILT, eLearning, and video.2. Utilizing eLearning development tool, such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, or Flash.3. Using multiple learning methods and linking appropriate methods with learners and outcomes.4. Adult or teacher learning implementation and driving performance through impactful training.5. Assessing/communicating training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders.6.
