DocuSign Software Engineer (JOB CODE IMJ567) in Seattle, Washington
DOCUSIGN, INC IN SEATTLE, WA SEEKS SOFTWARE ENGINEER (JOB CODE IMJ567) TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING JOB DUTIES: Architect and design components for new Client Experience. Drive strategic code sharing and architecture for one or more functional area. Ensure design and architecture is extensible across multiple projects and conduct technical-design reviews. Contribute to and drive culture of building scalable and highly available systems. Work with Project Management and other developers to understand design requirements and provide estimates for development. Collaborate with platform engineering teams to implement new features and bring existing platform features into web platform. Demonstrate strong focus on instrumenting features being developed to gain insights into usage patterns and feature success. Identify, create, and manage test cases and devise efficient, scalable testing processes. Work cooperatively with product management and design to create features that satisfy user needs with simplicity, consistency, and robustness. Participate in live site reviews and help implement new features/processes to improve site reliability. Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to continuously increase team's productivity and efficiency. Stay current with latest development best practices and share findings with team. Work as part of a cross-site development team to drive the design, implementation, testing, and release of products. 90% telecommuting permitted.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: Six years of software engineering experience.
Alternative education / experience requirements: Will also accept Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or related field, and eight (8) years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate software engineering experience.

Industry experience to include: 1) React, Redux, and Javascript Frameworks; 2) Object-oriented methodologies and design patterns in a .NET/C# environment; 3) Agile development environment; 4) Git, and continuous integration and deployment tools; 5) Rest APIs; and 6) Kusto.
