The Customer Experience Personalization team is looking for Software Developers passionate about Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing. If big data, cutting edge technologies and building intelligent systems excite you, if you love to innovate and deliver results, then we want you to be on our team.If this sounds interesting, we'd love to hear from you.Major Responsibilities* Design and develop backend and front end solutions at enterprise application scale* Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of both structured and unstructured data to help automate and optimize key processes* Work closely with business staff to optimize customer service business operations* Work closely with MLS to build innovative systems that support machine learning modeling and ML operations* Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analysis, model development, model validation and model implementation* 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience* Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design* 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systemsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
