As part of that challenge, we are building a software platform to manage and help scale our sustainability goals.As a member of Amazon's renewable energy team, you will build new software systems to ingest large volume of IoT data, market, grid and weather data. You will work on building a renewable data lake to manage all the different data sources and provide a common access layer to the data needed by the different stakeholders.The ideal candidate has experience building scalable, complex solutions across distributed systems in an agile environment. Ideally you have an in-depth understanding of streaming data technologies like Amazon Kinesis or Apache Kafka, and experience with open-source data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, Apache Flink, or Apache Storm.Our team is dedicated to building software platform for managing Amazon's renewable and storage fleet.
