TEKsystems Site Merchandiser in Seattle, Washington

About the Role:

Our client in Seattle is seeking a talented and motivated Site Merchandiser to join our team. This will be part of the b2b ecommerce platform. This role is pivotal in driving traffic and engagement through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing landing pages, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the quality and performance of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of Landing Pages:

o Develop and maintain landing pages within the shopping site to enhance user experience and drive conversions using internal tools

• Collaboration:

o Work closely with marketers, vendor managers, sales, and account managers to manage and identify relevant product selection.

• Creative Partnership:

o Partner with the Creative team to design graphics, manage the creative tracker, write compelling copy, and perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure accuracy of assets.

• Campaign Execution and QA:

o Execute and perform QA testing for traffic driver campaigns both onsite and offsite (email, push notifications). Provide inputs to marketers for channels such as Display Ads and social media.

• Performance Auditing:

o Monitor campaign performance during flight and make necessary optimizations to meet marketing goals.

• Self-Service Graphics:

o Independently create and manage creative graphics using design software tools.

• Standard Operating Procedures:

o Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and ensure consistency.

Qualifications:

• 3-5years of experience as a Digital Site Merchandiser, with experience both curating experiences, and scheduling landing pages

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in site merchandising, digital marketing, or a similar role.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools and software.

• Excellent attention to detail and QA skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.

• Ability to quickly learn and use in-house tools and content management systems

• Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Willingness to participate in change and appreciate a fast-paced work environment

• Proficiency in HTML, XML, and Excel

• Ability to write compelling copy and create engaging content
