Amazon Senior Program Manager, WW Gift Card in Seattle, Washington

Amazon’s growing Gift Card (GC) business contributes to the company’s customer obsession and results. The team is responsible for creating and enhancing gift card and stored value products sold globally via Amazon's website, corporate sales, and third-party stores. Our product lines include electronic gift cards, physical cards, and programmatic interfaces that allow on demand gift card issuance for corporate partners.

Our team is seeking a customer obsessed and highly organized program manager to lead a business critical program. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with quickly driving clarity and structure to ambiguous situations. Our products are available in over 20 countries across multiple form factors and is core to Amazon’s retail shopping experience. We own the creation and maintenance of thousands of unique ASINs across these marketplaces. The focus of this role will be building tools to improve monitoring the quality of our catalog and improving the processes around ASIN creation and maintenance.

A successful candidate will work across a broad group of stakeholders from product, tech, operations, and business to identify requirements, prioritize the program's goals, and drive execution. In additional to driving these highly complex programs, this leader should be comfortable with influencing high judgement decisions and prioritization with senior leaders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
