WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Principals in the Strategy Practice are responsible for building the practice through client development, delivery oversight, managing strategy staff members and enriching our offerings. You understand the landscape of emerging technology, tools and platforms and how it can enable growth strategy. You have demonstrated a track record of impactful leadership and contribution to strategy services sales/business development efforts in a professional services environment You have experience across a wide range of industries, with a particular emphasis on healthcare and / or financial services sectors Earned an MBA or equivalent, preferred 10+ years experience in strategic consulting (or similar field) Demonstrated expertise in managing project teams Natural leader, coach, mentor, team-builder
