This position contributes to Starbucks success by managing the Master Data team. This team is responsible for all the master or source data that feeds into other downstream systems, including finance and reporting; supply chain and point-of-sale store registers. Ensuring the data integrity and service levels are met with the highest quality and speed is critical for supporting Starbucks’ daily operations, our innovation pipeline and growth ambitions.

As a senior manager operations, Procure to Pay, you will…

  • Set goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together to enable leadership courage, continuous improvement, problem solving and innovative thinking.

  • Develop strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results while serving as the relationship manager with stakeholders.

  • Providing functional Master Data expertise ensuring deliverables meet and exceed service level expectations on quality and timeliness and executing functional responsibilities that meet with governance and compliance standards.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Knowledge of master data operation and systems, including technical skills (5 – 10yrs)

  • Experience in developing and operationalizing governance and data quality management within team and across business units(5 – 10yrs)

  • Development, management and leadership of cross-functional projects and programs(5 – 10yrs)

  • Progressive experience managing teams (5 – 10yrs)
