Amazon Corporate LLC Senior Manager Executive Development in Seattle, Washington

Operations Talent Development (OTD) is looking for a learning and development professional to join the Executive Leadership Development team as a Sr. Program Manager. Executive Leadership Development owns critical development solutions including Executive Onboarding, the Pathways Program, the Personalized Learning Plan, Development Days, General Manager Academy, and Regional Director Academy. These solutions accelerate the time to proficiency for senior leadership and aid in scaling to achieve business goals.The Sr. Program Manager Exec Development is responsible for the customization and delivery of development programs for executive leaders in field roles globally. This Sr. Program Manager is responsible for developing solutions focused on executive leaders in General Manager, Director, and Regional Director Roles. This role will require adjusting seamlessly between executing intensive learning and development experiences and driving long-term scalability of these solutions to meet the needs of this rapidly growing population. Those responsibilities includes curriculum design, execution of development programs, strategic document writing, and multiple levels of stakeholder management. Global travel (once safe) will be part of delivering results in this role.Specific responsibilities will include:* Analyzing business needs and consult business executives on solutions for their immediate and strategic needs.* Conducting needs analyses for executive population.* Facilitation of existing and new learning programs.* Development of new learning solutions aimed at senior executives in WWOps.* Development of relationships with internal and external partners to deliver on program expectations.* Measurement of program effectiveness and continuous improvement management to raise performance of the program for target audiences.* BA or BS degree* 3+ years experience partnering with senior executives* 3-5 years of work experience with designing, developing, and delivering training in the workplace* 3+ years program management and administration skills* Knowledge of instructional theoriesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
