The Senior Forecast Analyst, Supply Chain, reports to our Director, Business Operations Enablement & Analytics and is part of the Global Operations team. This team is responsible for all global Supply Chain, Customer Service and Business Operations activities required to serve to its global sales channels and end user customers within best in class product delivery and after sales service levels and against lowest possible levels of cost and inventory. The Global Business Operations team is responsible for our sales and operations planning process, including global demand forecasting, supply and demand balancing, supply planning, and logistics. The Senior Forecast Analyst, Supply Chain will support the monthly S&OP process by creating data analysis, providing insights, reporting around our consolidated demand and business plans, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. What You\'ll Do Generate a monthly global consolidated plan from demand plans created by regional teams and corresponding business reporting and analytics. Support VP of Business Ops with recurring & ad-hoc reporting used for supply/demand decisions with the ELT. Facilitate review and discussion of long term NPI forecasts between global product teams building the business case, and the regional demand planning teams whose monthly forecast drives the bottoms-up revenue plan. Coordinate new product integrations (NPI) cross functionally, to align between tops down and bottoms up forecasting, drive business decisions, and hit critical milestones. Generate the long range global baseline forecast based on short term inputs, historical baselines and statistical modeling. Used as a key input in coordinating long term capacity investments with the integrated business planning and NPI teams Produce dashboards, reports and slide presentations from various data sources, to create a comprehensive suite of S&OP reporting Coordinate with regional demand planning teams to create global consistency for forecasting processes. Work with Demand Planning, Logistics, and other Business Operations teams to gather requirements and build reporting and dashboards to enhance our forecasting processes Improvement and documentation for the S&OP process and requirements Preparation and documentation in support of weekly S&OP process and decision forums. Create improvement and scenario proposals for S&OP meetings. Work with planning teams to to gather and understand requirements for forecasting tool improvement to support an Anaplan Model Builder What You\'ll Need Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don\'t apply for roles if they don\'t meet all the criteria.
