Seattle Children's Senior Contract Analyst in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities:

The Senior Clinical Research Contract Analyst is responsible for providing institutional-level sponsored programs administration services for industry-sponsored clinical research, including creating and maintaining relationships with extramural sponsors, presenting information to all stakeholders, driving negotiations and other efforts to timely resolution across the team, and administrative problem-solving. The duties of this position include (but are not limited to): reviewing, negotiating, and executing (with delegated signature authority) highly complex contracts, sub-contracts, amendments, and other related contracts/agreements on behalf of Seattle Children's as well as providing advice to faculty and departmental analysts. This role serves as the primary point of contact between Seattle Children's Research Institute, its sponsors and sub-sites, ensuring that all administrative requirements associated with the contract are met.

Location : This position can be located in one of the following states: Washington, Montana, Alaska, Florida, or Georgia.

Requirements:

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of pre-award experience within the clinical research contracts arena, such as clinical research CTAs and CDAs, and/or contracting experience, with emphasis in language/contract term review.

Preferred:

  • Certified Research Administrator.

  • Master’s degree or JD.

Min to Max Hourly Salary: $40.42 - $60.63 /hr

Min to Max Annual Salary: $84,073.60 - $126,110.40 /yr

Salary Information:

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children’s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
