Dropzone.AI Security Engineer in Seattle, Washington
Dropzone.AI, Inc. seeks a Security Engineer in Seattle, WA. Duties: Design and build realistic cyber attack scenarios/environments for training company's AI system; write code to integrate company's AI system with commercial cybersecurity tools; "train" AI system to end-to-end investigate cybersecurity alerts using a combination of traditional programming as well as LLM prompting and engineering; and evaluate the completeness and accuracy of AI system's behaviors against expert human analysts and propose areas of improvement. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in US. Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations. Requires 3 years of experience in all of the following: Writing production quality code with Python; Common cyber attack techniques and mechanisms across email, network, endpoint, identity, and cloud; Design and build out cyber attack simulations and sandbox exercises; Develop, test, and maintain complex software systems; and Experience applying AI/ML techniques for cybersecurity automation.
