$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible full-time new employees joining UW Medicine UW Medical Center-Montlake - Center for Reproductive Health and Fertility (CRHF) has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Nurse Manager (job profile: Registered Nurse 3). This is a supervisory position reporting to the Clinic Manager.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Full time / 100% FTE

  • Must be available to work day shifts from 8:30pm-5:00pm, Monday-Friday

  • On-call weekend shifts required 1-2 times a month

  • On-call holiday coverage required several times a year The anticipated start date for this position is April 2025. DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Center for Reproductive Health and Fertility (CRHF) offers comprehensive care for individuals and couples of all backgrounds who are trying to conceive. Our services include hormone replacement therapy, fertility preservation, genetic testing, infertility testing, IVF, and donor and gestational carrier cycle coordination. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

  • Supervise a dynamic ambulatory team

  • Foster a positive work environment and promote staff development PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes and maintains credibility as the leader of day-to-day clinic operations

  • Schedules RN work hours and daily assignments, including on-call assignments

  • Manages patient fertility cycle and procedural coordination

  • Develops, coordinates, and maintains work processes to ensure the clinic runs successfully

  • Identifies staff and resource problems and takes necessary steps towards a resolution

  • Provides feedback to the Clinic Manager for annual performance evaluations

  • Trains and onboards newly-hired staff

  • Promotes effective communication among staff and patients

  • Provides change management leadership for the clinic

  • Performs general clinic RN responsibilities, including procedural support in our Roosevelt Operating Room and our Montlake Operating Room

  • Attends leadership and management meetings REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of recent RN work experience, which includes work experience in women’s health, PACU, or procedural care

  • Previous charge, lead, or supervisory nursing experience

  • Active licensure to work as a Registered Nurse in Washington State

  • BLS required
