As a Sales Leader you will be enabled to grow a business through world class solutions and a top down focus on talent development. You will lead and coach a team that is focused on bringing new insights to healthcare professionals, shaping the customer experience and managing stakeholders across the buying process. In this role, you are the highest point of leverage in unlocking Vyaire’s unique value proposition to the market.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides comprehensive Voice of Customer to inform internal stakeholders of market trends and condition

  • Drives and achieves the quarterly and annual business goals (revenue and other KPIs) with their team

  • Maintains and grows current business, while cross-selling across the Vyaire solution set for deeper product and account penetration

  • Leverages centrally generated insights with account level research to disrupt customer thinking and drive to action

  • Navigates customer stakeholder consensus across clinical, financial and administrative roles to coach through the buying process by identifying individuals most likely to take action and exert internal influence

  • Manages local Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships with positive company messaging and progressive thinking

  • Recruits, hires, onboards, coaches and develops sales professionals in alignment with commercial strategy

  • Cascades and champions organizational goals across teams, functions and company

  • Develops and delivers on monthly and quarterly forecasts while maintaining CRM compliance and accuracy

  • Collaborates and partners with internal functions to drive business (marketing, human resources, finance)

  • Maintains and builds on industry and marketplace knowledge

  • Governs team’s expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility as mandated by Vyaire’s Travel and Expense Policy

  • Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character while professionally representing Vyaire Medical

  • Complies with Vyaire’s Code of Conduct, all company policies, rules, procedures and administrative standards

Essential Function Requirements:

Credentialing: Employee shall secure and maintain the credentials required by Vyaire Medical and its customers. Securing those credentials may require mandatory vaccinations and other tests.

If employee is unwilling or unable to comply with any credentialing requirement because of religious or health/medical/disability related restrictions, employee must immediately notify Vyaire Medical’s Human Resources Department to discuss possible reasonable accommodations regarding those restrictions.

Travel: Up to 80% of the time

Driving: Valid driver’s license and clean driving history

Location: Refer to active requisition

Qualifications:

  • Seven years in a frontline sales leader role in the medical industry

  • Direct sales experience in complex, solution selling environments

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to analyze complex issues and problems, develop practical solutions through analytical thinking and application of expertise

  • Apply creativity and develop innovative solutions aligned with wider organizational strategy

  • Build positive relationships within, and outside the organization, to drive business performance by communicating, networking and influencing effectively

  • Demonstrate superior judgment with customers, team members and financial guidelines

  • Demonstrate a positive outlook while seeking continuous improvement opportunities

  • Identify precise areas of development in seller behavior and effectively coaches to the desired level of competency

  • Quickly adapts to changing circumstances and accepts new ideas and change initiatives

  • Deal well with ambiguity; making positive use of the opportunity it presents

  • Work productively in a high-pressure sales environment

  • Achieve personal goals and approaches tasks and opportunities with a view to commercial and financial factors

  • Understand economic drivers, including internal and external business dynamics
