Come join our team! *WHAT YOULL DO: As our Receptionist and Executive Assistant, you will be the face and voice of our branch. You will have the first opportunity to give our customers an excellent experience and ensure their needs are met which makes you so crucial to our teams success. When you are not assisting customers, you will also perform various high-level administrative duties to support the branch managers and Service department, including dispatching drivers and processing invoices. You will work with vendors, coordinate branch events, prepare travel arrangements and more! To thrive in this role, you must have a winning attitude, be able to exercise discretion in handling confidential information, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Advanced typing and computer skills, including extensive experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
