The AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions Team is looking for a talented, experienced Lease Abstraction Auditor. In this role, you will be a key member of the Portfolio & Asset Management team, and report directly to the Senior Global Governance and Lease Administration Manager. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills that can work independently. Candidate should possess a high level of financial acumen and be able to excel in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity. Key job responsibilities * Manage the document intake process * Performs quality reviews of contract abstraction * Provide abstraction guidance for third party abstraction service provider * Track and report on third party service provider performance metrics * Create and maintain process guides * Partner with lease accounting to ensure alignment * Support lease auditing activity * Support the preparation of monthly portfolio metric reporting * Support special projects About the team The Portfolio & Asset Management team is responsible for managing and optimizing the existing Real Estate and Colocation (Colo) portfolios while driving operational efficiency. We own the management of AMER and LATAM regions and are the Global Program Owners for lease administration. Our team consists of the three core pillars of portfolio management, financial management and governance which oversee lease administration, portfolio and contract management, property management, and land management. Our team liaises with Real Estate Transactions, Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Data Center Operations and we are the main points of contact for landlords and onsite team escalations. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Seattle, WA, USA * 5+ years working in lease administration/lease abstraction, lease audit or quality review * 3+ years working at, or consulting for, a Commercial Real Estate Company or Organization, preferably with datacenter or colocation experience * 3+ years working in an IWMS application for lease administration and lease accounting (such as TRIRIGA, Tango, Accruent or similar) * 1+ year experience ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies * BS/BA degree in Business, Real Estate, or related experience * Seven or more years of experience in lease administration, lease abstraction or lease audit reviews * Understanding of Lease Accounting rules * Impeccable attention to detail and a relentless focus on execution with the highest degree of quality * Outstanding organizational skills with strong multi-tasking abilities * Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills * Positivity, especially in an ambiguous environment and effectively triage several competing priorities * Ability to partner with cross-functional teams in highly matrixed and global environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel) * Experience with Tango, TRIRIGA, Accruent or other IWMS applications and related reporting tools Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from \$61,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to \$148,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experi
