Amazon Pharmacy team is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance manager to lead the charter across multiple tech teams and both drive innovation, partner with product and stakeholder teams across the Amazon in coming up with innovative new benefits for millions of WW customers.

Key job responsibilities

  • 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience

  • 3+ years of quality assurance teams management experience

  • Experience managing manual testers

  • Experience managing automation testers

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 6+ years of relevant engineering experience in quality assurance for applications for Linux based embedded systems: C++, Java, or other object-oriented languages

  • 2+ years of people management experience, managing engineers (mentoring, coaching, and career planning)

  • Experience in partnering with product and program management teams

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience

  • 3+ years of quality assurance teams management experience

  • Experience managing manual testers

  • Experience managing automation testers

  • Experience testing web technologies and back-end services

  • Experience identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results with a strong QA background

  • Completed Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals

  • Experience transforming QA programs from manual to automation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $132,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $228,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
