Provider Partnership Manager or Senior (depending on experience) Seattle, WAThe Provider Partnership Manager or Senior drives healthcare transformation in quality, cost and consumer experience by working with key strategic provider partners to enable their success in Cambia's value-based arrangements and transformation initiatives. Meets regularly with providers and brings business and financial expertise in value-based arrangements to support providers in understanding, managing and improving their performance. Works in close partnership with the Provider Partnership Clinical Advisor and other team members to develop and implement transformation initiatives and to support accountable care products and membership growth.General Functions and Outcomes* Develops and fosters collaborative, productive and professional partnerships with key providers and internal stakeholders.* Maintains detailed knowledge of all value-based arrangements, including contract terms and performance targets, and educates providers and other internal stakeholders.* Facilitates executive-level Joint Operating Committees with providers to discuss performance success and roadblocks, roadmaps for improving performance, and new collaboration opportunities.* Facilitates internal and external work groups to review performance reports, identify opportunities and drive action plans.* Identifies and leads new initiatives that assist providers in transitioning from Fee for Service payment and using innovative payments that promote improvements in quality, cost and member experience.* Tracks and reports performance on provider engagement and other metrics.* Works with internal stakeholders to ensure providers have access to reports and tools to drive performance.* Supports Provider Partnership Engagement Manager in development of accountable care product strategy and execution.* Maintains general knowledge of clinical performance levers across all lines of business, such as care gaps, Medicare STARS, and HCC coding; works closely with Provider Partnership Clinical Strategist on clinical improvement opportunities.* Facilitates and/or supports new value-based contracts and contract renewals for specific provider groups in collaboration with Network Management.* Serves as a subject matter expert on competitive intelligence regarding the provider landscape, network performance, accountable care, and cost containment efforts.* Supports development of new value-based arrangements and other innovative programs and initiatives to drive healthcare transformation.* Attends meetings externally as assigned with the ability to represent the health plan's position on local and national provider programs.* Collaborates with a wide variety of provider partners, including the most complex healthcare delivery systems, in the implementation of value-based programs and strategies.* Provides mentoring and coaching to others.Minimum Requirements* Customer mindset with proven ability to build positive relationships, gain trust and respect, and influence others.* Ability to interact with provider management at all levels in discussions and presentations regarding the business and operations aspects of their value based arrangements.* Strong communication and facilitation skills, both within and outside the organization, including the ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement a chosen course of action to resolve issues and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.* Proven ability to manage and lead complex projects.* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability with the skills to interpret and present complex data.* Demonstrated proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software used to create and ma
