Additional responsibilities include: What we would like to see from you: Effective communicator Collaborative mindset Holds teams accountable, sets deadlines, manages up frequently Understanding of the AEC industry and marketing fundamentals Managing the RFP/proposal process by establishing and managing priorities, assignments, and deadlines. Reading and analyzing client RFQ/RFPs and editing proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity and compliance with requirements. Performing all aspects of production, including strategy, messaging, and graphic layout. Researching, writing and maintaining narratives, project descriptions, resumes, and other materials. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to effectively communicate our McKinstry brand, message and service offerings. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry 3+ years' experience in marketing with direct architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry preferred. Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat preferred. Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint preferred. Cosential and/or Salesforce experience preferred. Strong project management abilities and organizational skills required. Strong client management abilities required. Must be deadline-driven. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. The pay range for this position is $25.49 - $40.53 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
