Actalent Project Manager in Seattle, Washington

Description:

Project Manager will:

Provide administrative support for Preconstruction Managers on retrofit projects, initiatives, and daily tasks.

Compile and organize project updates, financials, and schedules in a reportable format.

Engage with key stakeholders, including internal Amazon teams, customers, and General Contractors, for project support, reporting, and related tasks.

Compile pertinent metric information and publish it to program leadership on a weekly basis.

Act as the central hub for managing changes affecting different programs, including attending critical project meetings and staying connected to project activity in the field.

Perform all responsibilities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Support data management, migration, and tool use.

Travel is expected to be around 20%, with up to 60% travel possible.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of program or project management experience.

5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL.

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.

Skills:

Project management, Construction, Construction management, Project coordination

3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to sr leadership.

3+ years of driving process improvements.

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Intermediate Level
