Seattle Children’s Hospital Project Manager - PAL Programs in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities: Oversee and evaluate programmatic services for Partnership Access Line (PAL), in a manner that meets safe patient care, customer service and programmatic growth supporting the mission of Seattle Children's Hospital. Maintain oversight responsibility for the administrative needs of the PAL programs. Exercise judgment to reflect leadership's style and departmental policy, mission and values. Responsible for the organization, prioritization and coordination of high volumes of work including highly confidential information. In collaboration with leadership, assist to develop, design and deploy new programs that support PAL. Align department goals with organizational vision. Job Posting Addendum: Position operates primarly independently suporting the (MHRS) and (PAL): within the Children's Hospital's Psychiatry Department Tasks include but are not limited to: Contract reporting (state and federal). Departmental and metric reporting. Salesforce database administration (maintenance, development and implementatinon). Nintex DocGen administraiton (maintenance, development and implementatinon). Projects (care guides maintence, equity/diversity/inclusion special projects, system for daily engagement work, marketing materials, etc). Program support to provide backup assistance to PAL programs as needed. Requirements: Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. At least three (3) years of related experience in project management, experience leading or coordinating a project team. Required Credentials: N/A. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Experience with telemedicine consultation. Min to Max Hourly Salary: $36.75 - $55.12 /hr Min to Max Annual Salary: $76,440.00 - $114,649.60 /yr Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
