BrickRed Systems Program Manager – OEM Deals & Compliance in seattle, Washington
We are seeking a Program Manager to support pricing, deals, and compliance processes for products and services delivered through OEM partners globally. This role involves orchestrating the operationalization of non-standard deals by working with cross-functional teams, including legal, licensing, finance, compliance, business management, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deal documentation reviews and approvals, ensuring compliance with internal approval processes.
- Track documentation (e.g., contracts, amendments, business letters) for new and renewing deals.
- Submit and maintain records for compliance adherence.
- Collaborate with licensing teams to align contracts with existing agreements and custom terms.
- Ensure program frameworks and deal amendments meet approval matrix standards.
- Participate in weekly deal review meetings to provide visibility on new submissions.
Conduct data analysis and consolidation in Excel.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in contract review and agreement management (legal, paralegal, compliance).
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and data analysis.
- Prior experience in similar roles within a large corporate environment.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and approval processes.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal and finance.
