Amazon Corporate LLC Program Manager, AMXL, Reverse Logistics in Seattle, Washington

If so, the Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) Reverse Logistics team is looking for an experienced leader with a strong record of achieving results, to own and drive AMXL Reverse Logistics implementation across the AMXL program. This opportunity will allow you to join a fast paced and quickly growing business segment within Amazon and we are looking for a leader who is passionate about building new businesses, solving complex problems for our Customers in the Heavy Bulky business, and establish the end-to-end Reverse Logistics Processes in AMXL.This Program Manager will work across multiple teams within the AMXL and work on refining existing reverse logistic processes, developing new operational processes and recommending technical enhancements for a best in class Customer Returns Experience. This role will be an individual contributor reporting to the AMXL Reverse Logistics team lead and will drive the overall strategic vision and structure to achieve program goals. This role will involve integrating with last mile, middle mile and fulfillment operations; retail partners, and the WW Returns & ReCommerce team.The responsibilities of a Program Manager, AMXL Reverse Logistics (but is not limited to):* Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations* Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions* Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources* Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks)* Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives* Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects* Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers* Roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentalityBasic qualifications* Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or equivalent education/experience* 3+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent education/experience* Demonstrated experience leading and owning cross-functional programs operating at scale* Experience with data mining and data analysis* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel* Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft AccessAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
