Additional Compensation Details: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Dependent on Experience and Location of Role Potential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure Responsibilities The Role The Program Implementation Specialist will be reporting to the Contract Admin Supervisor and will be supporting the Sales team. This role will include implementing pricing requests, troubleshooting questions as they pertain to program and/or contract business, evaluating margin, updating internal pricing methodologies, and calculating rebates. As the Program Implementation Specialist, your main responsibilities will be maintaining and supporting external and internal resources and pricing databases for the Sales team, as well as customer portals. Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To Runs reports and evaluates the data related to high amount purchase orders. Calculates weekly bids, and update pricing on bids/PAD codes weekly or as needed. Maintains conversion bids, and updates customer portals as needed. Creates new bids, PAD codes, and group pricing for program customers. Pulls and analyzes customer sales data and calculates rebates based on customer rebate agreement for program customers. Efficiently extracts necessary data from Tableau and Bosanova to compile reports for related tasks and duties. Responds to internal and external customers for custom reporting. Provides analysis and details as needed for different program business performance reviews. Provides support during new customer and/or new regions implementation and rollout. Coordinates with DC team to establish pricing, margin review, and improvements needed for program business. Collaborates with internal teams to map proper GL codes for contract compliance. Must work positively and collaboratively between multiple departments and/or divisions to problem solve as needed. Collaborates with external partners as needed for pricing, reporting, and rebates. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Must have intermediate level experience with Microsoft Suite, particularly with Excel with validations and formula creation. Must have basic understanding of contract terminology. Must observe and follow proper safety procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment and a willingness to help all members of the department. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
