HARBORVIEW MEDICAL CENTER SOCIAL WORK has an outstanding opportunity for a FULL-TIME PROGRAM COORDINATOR (100% FTE, Day Shifts) to join the Harborview Abuse & Trauma Center (HATC) .

The Program Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of HATC and the FCAP team, which consists of the FCAP supervisor and evaluators and contributes to the overall operations of HATC clinic, as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage the FCAP referral intake processes including receiving and reviewing incoming referrals to FCAP, organizing and documenting pertinent information from referrals, assisting in processing and tracking referrals, and communicating with DCYF social workers regularly regarding referrals. • Organize and perform complex administrative tasks for the Director and FCAP Team including scheduling appointments and planning organized events • Send correspondence via email, fax, and USPS to collateral contacts. • Compose letters for various program-related communications. • Collect and track consent forms for all cases evaluated in the FCAP program. • Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and compliance with grant-funded programmatic outcomes. • Generate reports based on analytic measures for program reports. • Take meeting notes at HATC team meetings. • Maintain documentation and organization of the Shared Documents in HATC files.

REQUIREMENTS: High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
