About the role As an intern working with the Production Operations team, you will play a supporting role in several exciting initiatives regarding Promethean research and analytics. This role is the right one for you if you want to learn more about the inner workings of a successful Product Operations team, including User Research, Market & Product Analytics and Research Operations. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable in data mining, educational technology, and/or research methods and best practices. You believe in the power of education to uplift and improve communities, and that every product should start from a deep understanding of user needs. You are curious and interested in data, particularly regarding teachers, students, school administration and the education industry. You are highly organized and enjoy creating stories and insights from data and customer behaviors. Internship period: June - August 2023 As a Product Operations Intern you will... Collaborate on the creation of clear and actionable market analytics dashboards for a wide range of audiences - from executive leadership thru all product and engineering staff - using tools like Tableau and Power BI Support the democratization of market & product data, as well as research outcomes, across the organization Conduct independent research in support of ongoing initiatives, including educational technology efficacy studies and artificial intelligence Think creatively about how to improve the research recruitment process, including identifying new avenues for recruitment and potential efficiencies throughout the process Assist with ongoing maintenance and governance of our research repository and research assets Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in in User Experience, HCI, Data Science, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, Design Research or a related, user-centered / human-centered field Proficient at using market and product data to gather valuable insights and answer directional questions Great people skills, including an engaging spoken and written communication style and experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds Self-motivated, action-oriented problem solver Flexible and able to work collaboratively with others to reach the best result Knowledge of , Qualtrics, Reduct and other research tools and platforms preferred At Promethean...
