Amazon Product Marketing Manager, North American Stores Marketing in Seattle, Washington
Description
The North American Stores Collections Marketing team delights customers by driving discoverability of cross-category product collections year-round. We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and analytical Product Marketing Manager to help manage our go-to-market and scaling strategies for evergreen collections.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working in a highly ambiguous environment, has strong verbal and written communication, is curious to figure things out and build capabilities, and uses data and customer focused judgement to back up recommendations.
Key job responsibilities
Working closely with our other Collection leads and channel leads to develop go-to-market and scaling strategies for driving collection discoverability year-round
Partnering with our tech teams to identify new collection needs and potential gaps in our existing collection curation logic
Leading walk-the-stores and bug bashes to identify and troubleshooting issues
Supporting new collection experimentation and insight analysis
About the team
The NASM Collections team owns the development, experimentation, and discoverability of our evergreen and seasonal event collections (e.g., Customers' most-loved, Father's Day gifts). We serve as a content-generator across the broader North America Stores Marketing team, blending the art and science of marketing to create high-quality yet scalable product curation solutions.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
