Salary:                 $237688/year to $274450/year + bonus + equity + benefits.

Duties:

 

Work as a member of the Product Operations team to fuel product quality and engagement by representing the voice of the user. Provide users with direct support interactions and scalable solutions, monitoring the quality and stability of specific Meta products. Leverage data tools and other sources of user feedback to identify user experience themes, prioritize issues, and communicate key takeaways to Product and Engineering Managers to shape product direction. Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to shape, support, and execute product goals by elevating the voice of the user as an input into decision-making. Leverage Meta's information systems and analytical tools to drive insights from user reports to enable data driven decision making. Design, develop, and analyze technology solutions and processes to capture business metrics and support recommendations for action. Leverage data and apply mathematical principles to provide insights about user behavior, inform business decisions for Meta's products, and solve large scale information system infrastructure problems. Mine large, complex data sets to form insights for product recommendations and objectives. Predict and understand user patterns through metric analysis. Work cross functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models, and make recommendations.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field and three years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

Requires three years of experience in the following:

  1. Monitoring and analyzing user reports for feedback and bug-related trends;
  2. SQL, relational database, Excel, and data analysis tools;
  3. Creating interactive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Qlik Sense, or a similar data visualization tool;
  4. Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis on large datasets to identify areas of product improvements;
  5. Leveraging data tools and other sources of user feedback to prioritize bug fixes and new feature launches based on the generated insights;
  6. Collaborating in drafting and executing new product/feature test plans;
  7. Collaborating and building out Go-to-market strategy and plans for the product launch.
