ADOBE INC Product Manager (multiple openings) in Seattle, Washington

Ensure that Adobe technology programs satisfy the business needs of internal and external users. Duties include: Analyze, design, implement and support inclusive and accessible product development frameworks and practices to enhance the product experience and functionality of the user interfaces for company products. Partner with research, marketing, product management and product development to create systems architecture, design specifications and requirements for the look, feel and functionality of products. Use design and planning tools to create equity education and training materials, product roadmaps, stakeholder collaboration workshops, storyboards, prototypes and templates for demonstrations and user testing. Review proposed product changes or enhancements for bias and unintended harm to marginalized human populations. Test for compliance and alignment with desired user experience design and satisfaction standards and suggest improvements. Evaluate market and consumer user experience research and update design architecture based on discovered trends and patterns.    

May allow for partial telecommuting.

 

Requirements:

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Human Centered Interactions, and Integrated Design and Management or related field and completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis or one year of experience in: human centered design; systems design; user research and design methods; Participatory Action Research; and co-design. ?
