Summary:

Help us build the Metaverse at Reality Labs group in Meta. Our goal is to establish a global-scale UGC platform that empowers creators, performers, and communities to connect and engage in unprecedented ways.As a Producer on this team, you will facilitate a content development strategy, establish and maintain operational procedures, manage vendor pipelines, scope and provide schedules, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent communication between all key stakeholders. Required Skills:

Producer Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate a product vision and content development strategy by integrating data, usability studies, research,market analysis, and creative input

2. Drive the success and quality of the content creation, collaborating with producer partners to manage content acquisition and delivery

3. Work closely with partnering Product Manager to recommend and drive content strategy that feeds the overall product success

4. Identify and drive content strategy initiatives that have multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, and many moving parts

5. Use persuasive communication to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback. Proactive in problem solving, prioritization, risk assessment, and effective information distribution.

6. Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver content strategy that is aligned with our mission. Define and measure impact of content strategy and initiatives both qualitatively.

7. Source and manage operational budgets, vendor relationships and contracts

8. 5+ years experience leading content strategy for a live service game

9. Experience driving the production process and shipping large, multi-medium projects with real-time 3D pipelines

10. Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions

11. Technical understanding of building and ingesting 3D environments, either through hands on experience as an Artist/Art Director or close proximity as a producer

12. Experience in AR/VR

Public Compensation:

$149,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
