UW MEDICAL CENTER MONTLAKE 5SA CARDIO ICU SURGERY has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist. WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday-Thursday

• Part-time Evenings (80% FTE)

• 3:00pm-11:30pm POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Opportunity to provide career growth PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging

• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments

• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery QUALIFILICATIONS

• High school graduation or equivalent AND

• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
