The Amazon Pay Global Marketing team is seeking an organized, innovative and technically apt Marketing Operations (Ops) Manager to streamline the way we bring diverse and powerful communication to our customers. The Marketing Operations Manager will design, build, manage and improve marketing leads flows, processes and attribution to deliver high quality marketing experiences to our customers. The successful candidate is a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and navigating cross-functional stakeholders, with strong attention to detail, and who strives in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

• Own and manage operational workflows and projects queue for releasing communication campaigns, streamlining the way the marketing team executes integrated campaigns and ensuring a high bar on deliverables.

• Streamline lead management, segmentation, scoring and lead handoff processes on our marketing automation tool

• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, facilitate knowledge sharing, and serve as the primary point of contact for all cross-functional marketing technology-related inquiries and issues.

• Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, analytics) to enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness, and collaborate with engineering teams to oversee their implementation and integration.

• Develop training materials and SOPs, train and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of marketing tools by the marketing team.

• Partner closely with Sales Operations and Business Analytics to holding a high bar for marketing attribution and pipeline health.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tool Pardot.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
