Description As a Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for incubating a revolutionary new greenfield consumer-based healthcare experience. You will own engineering for a product vertical and work with a bright and multi-disciplinary team of product professionals and clinicians. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, or other related scientific or engineering fields Or equivalent educ/experience 6 years Relevant industry experience shipping high-traffic enterprise software end-to-end using SOA on one or more of mobile apps, front end SPAs, back end web services, or ML/AI pipelines, with one or more of Java, JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin, or Python. 4 years Leading teams of software engineers delivering software, including setting standards for designcodedeployment best practices, and operational effectiveness. 4 years Working with cloud services platforms such as Azure or AWS, including Kubernetes and relational non-relational databases. 2 years Setting standards for hiring, performance reviews, and managing budget spend on a team. Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, or other related scientific or engineering fields Or equivalent educ/experience 2 years Demonstrated success with taking theoretical models in the ML/AI space to full scale production systems. 2 years Demonstrated success incubating new product ideas from conception to scaling up multiple customers.
