You will poll candidate and new hire sentiment, predict quality and time to hire, and optimize the hourly workforce by analyzing post-hire ROI and influencing businesses in their labor planning. You will be an advocate for the candidate while identifying win/win scenarios for the candidate and Amazon. We live in a rapidly changing employment environment and you will lead us in shaping the strategy to find, attract, and retain hourly associates at scale.This is a role that requires a big thinker, strong leader, and excellent writer in order to succeed.* Masters or PhD in I/O Psychology, Statistics, Behavioral Economics, or relevant field of study* 6+ years of experience in predictive modeling and large data analysis* 3+ years managing high performing Research science and machine learning teams* Experience influencing organizational strategy through quantitative and qualitative research methods* Demonstrated experience turning data-driven insights into organizational resultsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
